About Us
Based in the Hauts-de-France region, EuraMaterials is a competitiveness cluster that supports companies in their transitions through innovative materials and manufacturing processes. We facilitate innovation, transformation, and industrial development by fostering synergies among economic, academic, and institutional stakeholders.
We also run an incubation and acceleration program, Un Cube Axel, dedicated to innovative startups in the materials sector. Recognized as a Regional Innovation Park by the Hauts-de-France Region and a Site of Excellence by the European Metropolis of Lille, we actively contribute to the vitality of the regional innovation ecosystem.
Your responsibilities
As an integral part of the team, you will serve as a key strategic liaison to strengthen the presence of EuraMaterials and its members across Europe. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitor calls for proposals and European funding programs (Horizon Europe, EIC, LIFE, cascade funding, etc.).
- Identify European initiatives led by the cluster’s members and partners (companies, laboratories, universities, clusters, etc.).
- Help draft and monitor European collaborative projects in which EuraMaterials is involved.
- Join and lead European networks related to our areas of focus (textiles, polymers, composites, 3D printing, etc.).
- Participate in European events (brokerage events, interclustering, conferences, etc.).
- Update the list of the cluster's European partners.
- Support the cluster's activities related to European affairs (events, CRM, etc.).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree (2 years) or equivalent in European affairs, project management, IEP, or a related field.
- Languages: Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written; a third European language is a plus.
- Personal qualities: curiosity, team spirit, independence, attention to detail, energy, and a willingness to network.
- Strong interest in innovation and R&D projects.
- Knowledge of the materials sector or innovation in the Hauts-de-France region is a plus.
Terms and Conditions
Contract: Apprenticeship.
Location: Tourcoing (Hauts-de-France), with travel within France and Europe expected.
Benefits: remote work (2 days/week), meal vouchers, compensation based on the apprenticeship contract pay scale.
