Introductory Morning Session on Lean 5.0

February 12, 2026

Because competitiveness also depends on internal organization, EuraMaterials is offering a morning introductory session on Lean 5.0, so you can learn about and gain hands-on experience with this approach to operational excellence.

This exclusive session is organized by ICAM’s Lille campus, a member of EuraMaterials, and will be led by Anne-Sophie DESJOURS, head of ICAM’s Lean School and a certified Black Belt trainer.

What is Lean 5.0?

Lean 5.0 is an operational excellence initiative that aims to:

  • identify the actual value added by your activities,
  • reduce waste,
  • to sustainably improve the company’s overall performance,
while integrating human, organizational, and technological aspects.

Why participate?

This morning session is designed for executives and managers in logistics, production, process, quality, or QHSE who want to take concrete steps to address their performance challenges.

During the session, you will be able to:

  • Understand how Lean 5.0 can improve productivity, quality, and competitiveness while optimizing cash flow
  • Identify the key role of management in a successful Lean initiative
